In order to enhance coordination between the Production and Sales units and to enable more accurate planning for raw material supply, a meeting was held with the participation of the Cement Sales Manager, the Manager of Modalal Polymerbaft, and Polymerbaft unit specialists. During the meeting, the current process of raw material supply and consumption was reviewed, and solutions for process optimization, increased supply sustainability, and improved responsiveness to customer needs were discussed
At the conclusion of the meeting, the importance of continuous collaboration between internal departments and ongoing monitoring of market conditions was emphasized in order to enable more accurate planning and the timely delivery of products to customers.
