Employee Participation and Innovation

Small ideas can create big changes in the future of the factory. With your suggestions, help pave the way forward.

1- All employees may submit suggestions individually or in groups on any topic (quality, safety and health, environment, energy, 5S, productivity, process improvement, equipment, etc.)

2- Review of the suggestion by the unit manager and its referral to the Secretariat of the Suggestion Participation System upon approval.

3- Referral of the suggestion to the Suggestion Evaluation Committee by the Secretariat of the Suggestion System.

4- Categorization of suggestions by the Suggestion Evaluation Committee.

5- Review of suggestions and assignment of scores – decision-making regarding the implementation or non-implementation of the suggestion – determination of a coefficient for the payment of cash rewards to the proposers.

6- Registration of all suggestions in the relevant form by the Secretariat of the Suggestion System.

7- Selection of the suggestions that have received the highest scores during the year (by the Suggestion Evaluation Committee) and presentation of certificates of appreciation or awards, with the approval of senior management, at the annual Suggestion Participation System ceremony.
